Refund Policy
If something arrived wrong, broken, or never arrived at all, you’re in the right place.
Digital Transmissions (scenarios, free transmissions — anything that comes to you as a PDF)
These are sent, not shipped. There’s no box, so there’s nothing to mail back to us, no matter how strongly you feel about it. We don’t offer refunds for a change of heart once the file has been transmitted.
We will, however, fix it without question if: — the link never arrived — the link arrived but refuses to open, out of spite or otherwise — you were charged for the same transmission twice, which is a clerical failure on our end and not a subscription you accidentally signed up for
Email intoafuguestate@gmail.com with your order number, and someone — a real person, not a script — will sort it. Scout’s honor.
Free transmissions, like The Broken Reel, cost nothing, which means there is also nothing to refund. This is the one rule on this page with no exceptions.
Physical Goods (apparel, prints, posters, totes, canvases — anything assigned a SKU and a destiny)
Everything here is made specifically for you the moment you order it, which is also why it takes a little longer to arrive than something already sitting in a warehouse, waiting. Because of that, we can’t accept returns for sizing, color, or simply changing your mind once production has begun. Production, once begun, does not pause for reconsideration.
We will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we’ll make it right — quickly, and without a cross-examination.
Limited edition canvases are numbered and not reprinted once a run is gone. We can fix a flaw. We cannot summon a sold-out print back into existence. We’ve tried.
Refunds, once approved, return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days — occasionally longer, depending on how your bank is feeling about Tuesdays.
We really do want to hear from you if something’s gone wrong: intoafuguestate@gmail.com. A real person reads every message. No bots. No AI. No haunted typewriters. Just a dial tone, and someone on the other end of it. For real.
